TheRedRiverRivalry.com is an independent fan resource edited by Wiston. We cover the Texas-Oklahoma football rivalry, including game planning, history, venue and travel information, and clearly labeled analysis. We are not affiliated with either university, the NCAA, the Cotton Bowl, the State Fair of Texas, or an official ticket provider.

Source Standards

For schedules, kickoff times, broadcast assignments, official ticket policies, venue rules, and fair operations, we use the relevant official organization as the primary source. For time-sensitive team news, we seek public first-party material and independent reporting before treating a claim as fact. We do not invent quotes, publish simulated interviews, or present rumor, prediction, or roster speculation as confirmed news.

Analysis and planning guidance reflect editorial judgment. They are not official instructions, gambling advice, medical advice, or a guarantee of ticket availability, pricing, game outcomes, or player status.
